I utilize the James Beards "13 Breaths to freedom" method of breathwork. Its an intensive 2-3 hr session that taps into your primal emotional mind (your energetic body) Although its not for everyone I do believe everyone should try it. It has a tendency to unlock doors and open up parts of you that are dormant i.e. grief release, unconditional love, sorrow, happiness, all the way to being shot into space, the list goes on and on.
